What sizes do you carry?

Our collection is curated for men and spans a full range of sizes across each brand. On every product page you'll find a Fit, sizing and care section with details on fit and measurements. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us at info@garodkin.com — we're happy to advise.

Do you offer alterations or made-to-measure?

Yes. Our in-house tailoring service can adjust your garments for the perfect fit, and our Made to Measure service lets you create pieces to your exact measurements. You can read more on our Tailoring and Personal Shopping pages.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over 1,500 DKK within Denmark. For orders below that, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout. We also ship worldwide — international rates are shown at checkout based on your destination.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You'll receive a confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. You have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them. See our Shipping and returns page for full details.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely.

Can I visit the shop?

Absolutely. You'll find us at Gammel Kongevej 96, 1850 Frederiksberg C. We're open Monday to Friday 10.00–18.00, Saturday 10.00–15.00, and Sunday by appointment. Drop by — we'd love to help you in person.

Can I book a personal appointment?

Yes. Whether you're building a wardrobe, preparing for a special occasion or attending one of our Trunk Shows, you can book a personal appointment. Reach out via our Contact page and we'll arrange a time that suits you.
