Shipping policy

Shipping within Denmark

We offer free shipping on all orders over 1,500 DKK within Denmark. For orders below 1,500 DKK, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

All in-stock items are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once your order is on its way you will receive a confirmation with tracking. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. For orders outside the EU, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

You have a 14-day right of return on items purchased at garodkin.com, calculated from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them - you are welcome to try them on as you would in a store, but not put them into use. Return shipping is at your own expense.

To return an item, email us at info@garodkin.com and send it to: Garodkin, Gammel Kongevej 96, 1850 Frederiksberg C. We will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using your original payment method.

Warranty

As a consumer you are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which gives you a 24-month right to complain about defects. If a complaint is justified, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
